1966 Chrysler ImperialThis car has had only two owners until it was recently purchased.It comes with the original bill of sale for $6772. dated 8/20/1966.The car was then traded in and resold on 8/16/1976 to it's second owner. Almost exactly 10 years after it's original purchase date. This title from 1976 will accompany the sale to the new owner as will the original BOS.The second owner had the car for 44 years!!!!!!The car was sold to the present owner a few months ago with a group of other Imperials but now things have changed and he has no place to keep them, so it is going to be resold.At the time of his purchase it was stated that the 39,000. miles showing was the original miles on the car.When viewing the car you will find what appears to be the original paint, with a few small parking lot chips, that still shines well and it has not been buffed. There is no rust repairs apparent anywhere and there are no rust bubbles.The interior is absolutely immaculate, see photos.The leather that surrounds the original cloth is soft and shows no signs of wear, cracking or even sagging of the foam underneath. The cloth appears to be like new with no stains, no wear marks and not even a loose thread around the stitching. The door panels fit excellent and are also very nice. see photos.The dash wood is undamaged and carries an semi gloss finish. The headliner is also beautiful.The carpets are also original but do show signs of fading.Inside the truck you will find the unused jack and what appears to be the original un-used Goodyear power cushion spare. The trunk carpeting and trim panels also appear to be as new.It starts, runs and drives great. No smoke, No noise, No shimmys or shakes!The power seat and power windows all work.The right rear window and right vent window do not work from the drivers window switch panel but do work onthe right door switches. The right window tracks need to be lubricated as they are slow.The factory AM/FM radio works but the a/c controls are currently not operational.
