| My wife says I need to sell some of my toys. For sale 1968 Chevy C10 Long Bed with 250 6cylinder engine built in Baltimore. Inever realized how much work and money goes into rebuilding an old truck. Too many new parts to list, but here are afew: (2) new doors, (2) new front fenders, radiator support, Right front interfender, radio and center speaker, dash, L & R Air Vents, rubber floor mat,heater controls, and tailgate. I also foundan original front seat, replaced both rocker panels and repaired the floor, butwarning my welding isn’t the greatest, so if you are thinking show truck willneed to re-weld or replace a few things. It’s a 3 on the column shift, so please remember that year transmissiondidn’t have any syncnizers. It takes patience and an occasional doubleshift. I’m selling it as is. It still needs a few thing such as, L & Rcab patch panels (which I will include) and L & R sun visors before it canbe painted. I would also replace 2 or 3supports under the truck bed while it’s off when you repair the rear cabcorners. | |
