You’re looking at a 1967 Cadillac superior coach three-way. Without a doubt, the most sought after coach ever. I’ve seen these things in non-running condition with destroyed interiors go for big money on other sites. This one is fully functioning and has a perfect interior! This coach runs and drives great! It cruises down the highway at ease doing 50, and the ride is so smooth. There is a ton of money and hours getting this coach back on the road. All of the accessories work like they should except for the reverse lights and horn. The exterior has a cool flat silver patina. It is sporting its original color that the funeral home had the car painted long ago. The coach was originally black when it came out of the factory. There is surface rust here and there; the worst area is around the rear wheel wells. This is one of 2 areas I saw with rot. The other was the very bottom of the passenger fender under the chrome trim (not visible unless you remove that trim). The rest of the car is very solid. The floors are all solid, so are the doors, and most of the fenders. It also has a crease in the front passenger fender. The paint on the roof is the original crinkle paint and is in good condition. This coach is very restorable and has held up very well for how old it is! Most importantly, all of the glass is original and good. No cracks! No fogging. That’s a major plus, and rare, as the glass in these coaches are irreplaceable! The interior is perfect in this thing. It is the best part of the car. It’s original and held up very well! The dash has no cracks, the headliner is perfect, it’s not sagging, the seat has no cracks, it is a power seat, and it still works. This thing has been stored indoors most of its life. Usually, the interiors are junk, but not this one. It is in great original shape and the pictures show it. I have owned this coach for about1.5 years and is garage kept. Before that, it was in a climate controlled garage and hadn’t been on the road since 1989.New parts:Oil /filter change Air filterPlugsWiresCapPoints and condenserCoilCarburetor rebuilt (Rochester) Belts (3)Hoses(4)Radiator rebuiltHeadlights (4)Tire (4) (Hankook Optimo H724)Rear leaf springsShocks (4) (Monroe)All brake lines All brake hosesAll brake shoes/hardwareDrums turnedGas tankAll gas linesFuel pumpFuel filterAll Fluids Replaced :Rear endTrans flushed Brake fluidPower steeringCoolant Oil All grease fittings greasedThe exhaust is new, but not a professional job. It has a performance muffler on it, so it sounds like a big block muscle car. It exits in front of the rear driver’s side tire. Basically, the whole car has been gone through mechanically. It is turn-key and ready to drive anywhere. If you do the bodywork and paint this car black, it’s a 50k car to the right people. I’m selling to make room for a different project I want to start. If interested, don't hesitate! This coach is for sale locally and on other sites. Please ask all your questions prior to making an offer. |
