CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
Bought this about 18 months ago. This car is far from a trailer queen or show car. It's an old school style build. GM front subframe. I’ve done little things to it - changed throttle cable, thermostat/ water neck, fixed electric fan, chased loose wiring to repair headlights, bolting column in place, installed lap belts. Runs, drives and stops. Dual reservoir master cylinder, front discs & rear drums. Power steering. Ford 9" rear end. Small block chevy with headers and glass packs. TH350 automatic. Electric fuel pump. Fuel tank mounted under trunk. Shifter appears to be from an actual military aircraft (installed by a previous owner). This is a fitting customization as the vehicle is a post-war car, the front of which is modeled after a P-38 fighter plane. From the windshield and back is a 1949 starlight coupe. The balance of the car is a 1950 bullet nose. The paint is a home garage style job. The only rust on the car is surface, where the headliner would be (see last picture). There is evidence of bondo where the quarters are flared. Tubbed. The rear tires measure just under 17” wide. If someone wanted, there is more room for a little wider tires in the rear. Fronts have skinnies. Draglite style wheels. Large stack of rear leaf springs w/traction bars. Functioning radio (far from original though). Deficiencies (not an all inclusive list) : needs wiring help, windshield is cracked, driver's window inop, no wipers, no defrost. Clean WA title in my name. Newish / modern collector plates (no registration required anymore).Jesse (360) 600-0233. Call or text
