| Up for sale is a very nice example of a rarely seen station wagon. Here we have a 1964 Dodge Dart 170 wagon. Has the super reliable 170 slant six engine with the super cool dash mounted push button Torqueflite automatic transmission. A previous owner even added power brakes and a set of easily removable gauges under the dash for daily driving capabilities. Don't let that scare you off though, this car is highly original and untouched. The interior is correct, original from the dash to the seats to the door panels and almost perfect cargo trim. This is a radio delete car and it's never been changed. The original owners name is still proudly displayed on the dash as it must have been during his ownership. It does not appear as is this car was every exposed to daily use with children as most wagons were. The rear interior of this car is almost perfect. Simply amazing. Always starts. Goes right into gear and drives nice down the road. Recently serviced with fluid changes and a fresh set of white wall tires. Presents itself well. It's original turquois color was resprayed at one point and is what I would call a high driver quality job. The undercarriage is clean and rust free. As is the fenders, rockers and doors. There is evidence of past body work on both rear 1/4 panels but well done. None of the previous work looks major at all. Again, this is a driver quality car you can afford and be proud of. This car will surely attract a crowd at the next car show or cruise in. The guy next to you with his $100,000 Hemi Cuda will not be happy. You'll be getting all the attention! Again, this is a super nice driver quality collectible you don't have to be afraid to drive. Put the kids in it. Go to the grocery store, ect....Everything works as designed. The gate window manually rolls down with ease too.When was the last time you saw a Dart wagon? Most who see it never knew it was built. It's that rare these days. I don't expect this car to last long. Most cars I list sell within 48 hours. Make an offer but be reasonable. I can arrange and or assist with reliable and affordable shipping.
