Unmotivated so here’s the rundown1970 camaro with clean Texas title. It’s back halved, big tire, and been that way for almost its whole life from what I’ve been told, it’s been 9.74 @ 137mph with 606rwhp from the old 468 big block in 6000’ DA. Currently the car is fully insured and has antique tags on it but those will stay with me if sold, you’ll have to get your own. Current setup is an iron gen 3 sbe 5.3 with new stock replacement pistons, a Texas Speed magic stick 3 cam, dual valve springs, 243 heads, Victor Jr. intake, 1130cfm 4500 flange dominator carb that is swapped to E85, ported 4500 to 4150 adapter, MSD 6010 box, melling oil pump, felpro head gaskets, arp head bolts, stinger 2 4500 flange nitrous plate (mounted but not hooked up at the moment), N20 Leash nitrous controller (mounted but not hooked up at the moment), Jegs engine diaper, it does not have the headers in the picture on it they were wrong so I put truck manifolds on it so I could drive it, there is no exhaust on it other than the manifolds, it’s got a freshened up 1.76 stock case and bell powerglide transmission with trans brake (trans brake is not hooked up at the moment), turbo splined hardend input shaft, billet high gear clutch hub, 4500rpm TCI stall converter, hurst pistol grip shifter with electric shifter (not hooked up at the moment), Dana 60 rear end with 5.38 gears, it’s got a 3.5 gallon fuel cell, magnafuel prostar 500 with in line filter, Sitting on old slicks (32X16XR15) right now but have a gently used set of 31X16XR15 Mickey Thompson sportsman S/R’s sitting next to it that go with it. The car does not have front blinkers and the backs don’t work but the head, tail, and brake lights do. It’s got a nice 3R Racing seat in the drivers position and a nice used Kirkey in the passenger position and mismatched 5 point harnesses (drivers is cam lock the passenger is old school). Its got a fiberglass front end and cowl hood that pins and zues screws hold on and a decent cage not cert’d and I don’t know if it would, it saved my butt once so I know it’s good to go lol. It’s not a show car by any means, its not the newest build, it’s got a cheap paint job that is starting to show some wear, and the rear fenders have been trimmed at some point, it’s got factory glass in all windows except the rear (you’ll need a rear windshield), the front windshield is cracked a little on the passenger lower side and the engine mounts are home made but it’s still a nice cruiser (won’t go far on 3.5 gallons) or it could go back to being a nice bracket car. It does run and drive but I haven’t ran it at the track so don’t know what the current ET’s are. I’m asking $15,000 OBO or willing to trade for a newer bass boat with newer trolling motor and newer fish finders with side scan or panoptics/live scope. I’ve got most of the old big block 468 and all the electronics that could go with it for a little more money or the right trade. The 468 is missing a crank and 3 pistons, and will need all new bearings and gaskets. It has a set of $1600 manley I beam rods, 5 JE pistons, big Brodie heads heavily ported, T&D shaft mounted roller rockers, msd starter, 7al2 box and coil, msd crank trigger, msd two step and rpm switch, nice valve covers, nice intake, crappy rusted bbc headers that fit this car and a dedenbear delay box. Car can also be sold with open car trailer for the right trade or more $$$$ |
