He informs us that the original owner maintained this muscle car at the highest possible levels, and it was fully restored several years ago with the aforementioned performance upgrades (heads, intake, etc) and a powder coated frame. The exterior of this vehicle is exceptional all the way around as well with shimmering paint and excellent chrome and trim- it could almost pass for a like-new example since the imperfections are so far and few between. In terms of performance, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible is lightning-fast on the open road and handles exactly like you’d expect from a well-sorted example. The engine bay is also super clean throughout with modest chrome and a stock-like appearance- the motor fires right up and sounds excellent when prompted. This example simply begs to be driven since it does everything well and looks amazing while doing it.Additionally, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible has a beautiful interior that’s stock in appearance with only minimal signs of wear. The gauges look factory correct for this example as does the paneling and other elements. We did notice that the trunk area appears to be in un-restored, factory condition with moderate levels of wear & tear- it’s perhaps the only blemish on an otherwise exceptional classic vehicle.Must Be Seen in Person to Truly AppreciateOverall, this 1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible is one of the purest, most impressive examples we’ve come across this year and it’s priced to find a new home quickly. Dollar for dollar, you will not find a more impressive example anywhere in the country since the condition, provenance and documentation are all excellent.
