| I am offering for sale my 1966 Chevelle SS396 Convertible (13867) with approx.12500 miles since complete frame-up restoration. I purchased the car in 1990 and it took 3.5 yrs and completed in 1993. Painted Regal Red with 5 coats of clear and color sanded. New power top; all chrome was re-plated and looks excellent.It is equipped as follows: New interior; full gauges with knee-knocker tach; factory bench seat; rare dash clock; tilt column; new dash wiring harness. Engine: Period-correct replacement for a 360hp car; It was completely rebuilt with a Lunati hydraulic cam/lifters; valve job with springs and Crane roller-tip rockers; new pistons (30 over); 10:25 to1 assembly balanced, blue printed, and dyno'd; Distributer/Holley carb matched cam & ignition is Crane HI-6; Headman ceramic headers to 2.5" exhaust through Flowmaster series 40; Correct 12-bolt w/posi. rebuilt with new bearings and 3:42 gear set; power steering; power front disc brakes; M-20 4-speed transmission correct date for car (not orig.); new clutch assembly.Body: Completely block-sanded to factory primer & built up with very little filler.
