For Sale Porsche 914 Renegade Hybrid. If you know about Porsche conversations you probably heard of Renegade Hybrids in Las Vegas Nv. Renegade Hybrids have been build Porsche conversions since the mid 1980s. The car on this auction was a Renegade Hybrid conversion. Rear wing is currently off and removes and attaches easily. Odometer shows 26791, actual miles unknown, rust is not an issue on this car . Picture of the car off the renegade website when it was being built in the picsThe 1970 Porsche 914 has a SB 350 for power and the 901 transmission that has been upgraded thru Renegade Hybrids with taller gears and first gear locked out. The 914 has upgraded brakes, suspension and axles shafts. The cooling system was also upgraded and works well in the Las Vegas heat. The wheels are 205/50/17 front 255/40/17 rear. The cars aggressive body style compliments the cars performance. The gauges and lights all work. Car does have a stereo system. Crow seat securement can be either over your lap or over your shoulders. Inside there is a roll bar behind the seats. The roof does fit onto car with roll bar. Myself Im 6ft 5 can drive with the roof on. The car has a new blower under the dash that needs to be hooked up. Im my climate the car always has the top off year round. New set of yellow black coco mats. Rear trunk area has a electric and manual release. The body of the car has had the wide body flairs along with custom front nose. Paint is very nice ,few areas that have some scratches. Granted this car is not for the Porsche purest. Myself probably owned close to 40 air cooled Porsches over the years and this 914 is an absolute blast to drive. Car has a clear title. Really don't drive the car that much other than a few cars and coffee events. Car sold as/is no warranties expressed or implied. Inspections are always welcome prior to your bidding. No financing.
