Seller's Notes This is one of the 157 cars that Max Hoffman imported into New York, New York from Volkswagen. This is a standard model that does not have trim or a volkswagen insignia. The sedan has those hard to find parts like, its brown bakelite dome light, escutcheons, and 16" wheels along with the standard bucket seats. The upholstery is correct expensive reproduction. The door cards are original. The standard headliner was replaced the engine is a rebuilt 36hp. The cable brakes are in good working order. the crashbox transmission shift as well as the driver can time it as there are no syncro gears as this original to the car.
