It sold for 2278.00 when it came out new. There were less than 4k produced, and less than 50 are still known to exist. The Monterey was available only in Black, Maroon or Aqua, as of which this car is an example. All had vinyl tops and Bedford cord interior. This car was built in Saint Louis Missouri, on September 19th, 1950. Equipped with a flathead V8 engine and 3 speed transmission overdrive. It has just over 51k original miles. It was delivered to the original owner in Joplin, MO, where it remained for several years. An extremely rare solid old car. Recent brake work. Coker wide white wall tires. New battery and muffler.
