Up for sale is a 1927 Ford TT This is the last year of this cab style. Enclosed cab. This truck is in good shape for being 93 years old. No rust. It is a survivor. Truck was restored in 1977 in California. The truck was used in parades for banjo pickers they would play in back. There is a set of steps that fold down for entry to the bed. This not original to the truck I have 2 plaques on the dash that state the truck was used for the banjo pickers and it was restored in California in 77. Later it came to Nevada and sat for 20 years? When I got this truck it did not run. I put time and money into it and got it running. I put a new top on it and made new wood bows for it. I put insulation and chicken wire on it like Henry Ford did. I put 4 new coils, new plugs, new battery (1 year old) new aluminum camshaft gear. Some one had a fiber gear on it. I put an oil tray with a magnet to catch the fluff. Changed the motor, trans and diff fluids and greased all the fittings. new hoses, new belt. and it does have the water pump on this engine. I have locking handles with separate keys for each door. It has a Warford 2 speed auxiliary trans. New tires, tubes, and flaps. There are more things that I have bought I just did not list them. There is a semifore on the drivers side that is your turn signal. This is not a perfect truck but is a nice start. There are chips in the paint as it is an older restoration. All my statements are true and to the best of my knowledge. There are no written or implied warranties for this truck. I do have a free and clear Nevada title in my name. |
