| Up for sale from private collection, is a beautiful 1936 Buick Special Series 40 Business Coupe, with the straight 8 engine and it has been completely restored. A very nice original car with only a little over 80,000 original miles was used for the restoration. Very straight body, no rust and with duel side mount front fenders. the car also comes with the cool trip lights / driving lights up front, a optional luggage rack at the rear, optional Banjo steering wheel in ivory, Deluxe Radio, glove box Clock, Heater, Fender skirts and beautifully done to original, very nice interior. This is a great car that runs & drives as good as it looks. The straight 8 Buick Dynaflash engine was also rebuilt completely and runs very quiet and only has had a few miles put on it. The clutch also was replaced, is smooth and the transmission shifts nicely. (great driver) It has all new, and just like the original, 6 volt electrical system but turn signals have been added and are incorporated into the original top of front fenders park lighting and the original tail lights. (nice touch no extra lights) It is running it's original & restored 16" wheels with wide whites. All trim is bright and this car is as nice as they come. The restoration was completed about 10 years ago, but the car has been in the collection of my friend and only driven on occasion. (very few miles have been put on the car after it's restoration) Now the owner is down sizing his collection, as he is getting older and just can not take care of all the cars.
