Ford Torino. Hello I got the torino a few years ago, I was going to restore but i found a 1970 torino since then and plan to restore the 70 instead, it was a southern car, the body has had the left quarter panel replaced, the right will probally need the same done to it, the doors have some bubbling towards the bottom of the doors, but i am including two better doors and a trunk lid ,the roof has a small dent as shown in the pictures, the trunk needs to have a section cut out and welded in, from the trunk seals leaking and a couple of rags that stayed wet , I found a section from a another car and is included, the floor has a few small holes , but are not to bad in my opinion ,the person who owned it, took the 351 out and replaced it with a 302 and a c/4 tran, I was told it was out of a 1973 torino, I put a small gas can in and started the car , It run rough for sure it needs a carb kit, when he did the transfer he never put the p/s steering pump on , the steering gear box is bad it binds at times when trying to move the car, I have a used steering gear box , p/s pump, and bracket i have found to go with the car, the ac pump and hoses are missing, there is an extra plastic dash that goes with the car , new sill plates an door seals also go with the car , the heater blower motor motor needs to be replaced ,this is a project car and will need to be trailered. |
