(424) 206-2000 12345678of8 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback Stock #: 154 Exterior Color: Charcoal Interior Color: Black Body Type: Coupe Transmission: Automatic Drivetrain: Rear-Wheel Drive Engine: 289ci Mileage: 86,243 This A code car started out as a nice driver that was owned by the same family for over 30 years and has now been transformed into a very nice resto-mod. The car was taken to Dusold Designs, Lewisville, TX whereby a complete exterior restoration was done. The car was stripped to bare metal, with any rust areas addressed and repaired, and then seam sealed and painted in PPG Ford Charcoal.Other nice exterior modifications included tucking in and painting the rear bumper and then a Shelby racing valance was added up front. New weather striping and seal kit for doors, windows, cowl and trunk. The front suspension has a Shelby 1 inch drop kit with new springs and Wilwood disc brakes added. The fuel tank, radiator and hose have been replace along with a new Magnaflow exhaust system, and ET Wheels with BFG 225/45r 18 tires finish the exterior look.The original interior was in good shape but new carpets were installed along with a set of Corbeau sport seats and the factory A/C was converted to 134R.This is a very high driver quality resto-mod that can be taken to any car show but also be driven with confidence.
