| About this vehicle This 1966 Volkswagen Beetle (Pre-1980) is a modified vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. Seller's Notes This custom split window has so many body modifications that it will be hard to explain without all of the pictures I took of the process. The car started life as a 1966 beetle, I cut the rear window out and put the split window in, it was all tig welded and meticulously metal finished as was the semaphore buckets in the b-pillar, it has billet aluminum boards that were frenched an inch and a half, also filled the rear where the exhaust came out.
