This 1970 Dodge Challenger has been fully restored to its original FC7 Plum Crazy paint. This fabulous car is a factory 340 package car, which was then upgraded to the standard R/T 383. The 340 was always an upgrade due to its performance and durability, but it wasn't offered in the R/T package, so in order to get the 340, it had to be ordered as a high base Challenger with the package. This car was restored with its matching number engine and 727 Torque Flite Trans. It's definitely a magnificent example of Dodge’s most desirable muscle car. The Challenger is showing only 33,000 miles, and from the look of everything on the car, it appears to be authentic. Options include high impact paint, air conditioning (will need service), 26” radiator, 340 package that came with dual exhaust and chrome tips, and power bulge hood. Inside, it’s a bucket seat car with a rare column shifter. This Challenger is a very high quality full restoration vehicle--it has Factory A/C, Dual Exhaust Tips, a Rear Spoiler, and 14x7 Rallies. This magnificent car still has its original numbers matching drivetrain, and it was restored to its correct original specs, including its FC7 plum crazy paint. |
