| About this vehicle This 1969 Volkswagen Beetle (Pre-1980) is a restomod with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great. Seller's Notes I’ve only owned this beetle for a few months. Exterior 1969 VW beetle in very good condition. The engine was rebuilt and has less than 100 miles on it. Brand new tires and wheels. Front disc brake conversion on 2 1/2 inch drop spindles including new brake lines and master cylinder. The rear brakes are all new. This beetle was a barn find project that was started and never finished by the previous owner. Unfortunately he passed away before he could finish it. Interior It looks like this beetle may have had A/C at one point. it does not have a radio. Engine I took some pictures of the engine before I started working on the car. When I pulled the dipstick the engine oil was clean it looked like it had never been ran. It has dual Dellorto carburetors, brand new fuel pump, brand new fuel lines, and filter, brand new distributor, brand new coil brand, new generator belt Brand new spark plugs and wires, recent oil change brand new exhaust etc It currently runs and drives very good even though I haven’t set the timing or synchronized the carburetors...i’m sure I am forgetting some stuff and I can produce receipts for everything Created on the eBay Motors app | |
