| About this vehicle This 1978 MG B is a restored vehicle with updates to the interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Seller's Notes This is a beautifully restored 1978 MGB that was completed in 2005. The restoration was held to a very high standard. The restoration was done by Carrage Craft in Reading Pa. very well known builder and racer of MGB cars, Bill Sheilds. This was not a stock restoration by any means. Thr driveline is fully updated to late model Chevrolet 3400 V6 and 5 speed T5 gearbox. The car has been in a garage since the restoration. The car only has 1825 miles on the new gauges since restored. Keep in mind this was a full unibody/ bare shell restoration all metal was repair properly NOT some bondo rockers to make look good. DONE RIGHT. The cost of restoration of this MGB is over 35k doucumented with all receipts and labor. great log book that goes along with the car. It a great drive that gets over 30mpg Exterior The exterior is restored to a very high standard great paint quality. there is some very small blemishes but only noticed by a trained eye. Interior The interior is done in a beige leather Not vinyl that comes stock. everything works as it should. Engine The Engine is a 2000 OBD2 fully scannable chevy 3400 V6 with a T5 5 speed transmission.
