| About this vehicle This 1942 Ford GPW is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work and is mainly used for car shows. Seller's Notes 1942 Ford GPW RECON/FORWARD OBSERVER JEEP WITH SCR694 RADIO package and Ford 12v conversion . This a really hard to find unit if even you can find it. This conversion was either done by the receiving unit that the Jeep was assigned to or converted at the Ford plant in Dallas Texas where it was then sent to the ordering unit. Honestly if this Jeep was restored it would likely bring well over a 100,000.00 No one but the military or factory has put any of this equipment on this Jeep, if you were to try to find each piece especially with 1942 year markings there is no way possible that it could be found!!!
