1967 CLASSIC FORD MUSTANG " A Code " FASTBACK PLAYBOY PINKFord Collectors and Mustang enthusiasts take a look as here is a Fastbackthat would fit into anyone's collection. Start with a hard to find car, maybeonly 10-15 built in the fastback body style with this special order colorand the 4 barrel 289 engine and you have an unusual combo to restore and put in your garage as a keeper. The Marti report lumps all 1967 special order paint cars together and it is impossible to break down any further.This Mustang was sold new at Academy Ford in Hollywood California and was on the showroom floor for 8 months before they would let it go. It does run and drive around the yardas I have a video of this car running if want to see email me and I will send to you. Photos show that this very rare Mustang did not spend it's life in the dry southern California climate as it acquired it's share of corrosion and will need a complete restoration. It was repainted to the current Blue color decades ago asa Pink Mustang just wasn't going to be as accepted 30-40 years ago as it is today and there is evidence of original color around trim and other areas.It needs full body resto and Dynacorn International makes all the panels required at reasonable prices. These are sold at most major Mustang parts dealers.It still has the 289 V8 4 barrel and has an aftermarket carb on it . It does run and drive around the yard but still will need the mechanicals gone through at resto time or maybe a Pink Eleanor Clone is in it's future..........Power brakes and factory style in dash air conditioning has been added to this carat some time in it's past which is somewhat of a plus for the next owner. I have the Marti Report for verification...please see pic Also has factory 14" Mustang Styled Steel wheels . VIN on apron & door tagmatch title .Has been in same family which drove it for most of the last 25+ years till being moth balled and then rescued from hibernation by me.
