CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Grabber Blue. Clear Title. Most sheet metal work complete. A few very small spots remain. All lower sheet metal has been replaced to include all trunk panels, transition panel, and main one piece floor pan. The cowl was replaced as was the front right toe. The engine compartment to include frame rails has been changed with a engine compartment off of a 70 coupe. I left the coupe VIN stamp on the front left apron as anyone could see that this car has never been a coupe. The car was put on a frame machine and was better aligned than when new, but I don't have any documentation to show that. This car is very solid and nearly ready to prime. In addition to the parts shown in the pictures, I'm including all glass, door glass and door internal parts, most new seals unopened, rear seat frames, new black headliner and new firewall pad, all four 14" magnum 500 rims, most chrome trim to include back glass and windshield. The hood is a factory shaker hood with twist lock cutouts. It has been primed well but needs some work, such as silver leaf. The right fender has some rust damage at the very bottom just in front of the passenger door but it is repairable. The driver's door is nearly ready to install the skin, which is included. The passenger door needs a little welding or sealant on the base but overall it's a good door. Other than the shaker hood I don't have any shaker parts to provide. The trunk refurbished wiring is included. I don't have usable dash wiring. The car came equipped with heat only but I have all of the ac parts available for the dash. No ac parts available under the hood. The engine was professionally rebuilt by a friend that builds race cars as was all the sheet metal welding. The lower dash in the picture is heat only, but if the buyer wants ac I have a very nice ac lower dash ready to install. All ac parts need to be refurbished otherwise. The engine is a rebuilt high performance 351 Cleveland 4V. The engine was rebuilt around 2013 and has not been turned over. The car has been in my garage since. The heads have the 4 on the corners. The oil pan is a deep sump Moroso. All internal parts less the shaft are high performance and very expensive. I have over $4,000 in the valves alone. The block is a 2 bolt main as the webbing of 4 bolt mains are prone to cracking. My documentation was stolen along with a lot of parts from my storage, but I do remember a few parts, to include L3 popup pistons, cradles, 1.73 rockers, and high compression everything. The valve pan covers are not pictured but are included. New in box Ford Racing shiny aluminum high rise. The rear end is 8 inch, 28 spline, 3.00 gears from a 70 coupe. After the few remaining rust spots, the car is ready to seal, prime, and paint. Originally, this Grabber Blue Mach 1 came equipped with a 351C-4V and the following options: Black Hood Stripe, Rear Deck Spoiler, FMX automatic (now has a rebuilt C6 automatic with high torque flex plate), F70x14 Belted Tires w/Raised White Letters, Shaker Hood Scoop, Sport Slats, Power Front Disc Brakes, Power Steering, AM Radio, and a Tachometer. No checks or money orders accepted. $500 deposit required at end of auction. If deposit is not received within 48 hours the next highest bidder may receive a second chance offer if bid meets at least the minimum acceptable amount. The Mustang must be picked up prior to the end of November or a $120 monthly storage fee will be applied for each month after that as the car is in a local storage unit. Good luck! You will be very pleased to have this car! PayPal preferred. Clear Title
