| Up for sale is a 1979 Chevrolet C-10 original short box Custom Deluxe Pick-up. This little truck need some work but is very solid. The body only has two small dents and no rust out on the out side. The hood dose show some light bubbling on the front. (please look at all pictures closely) The inside of the box is very nice and it has had a canopy on it for many many years. It also is a two gas tank truck from the factory. (nice box) Cab corners are good as are the fenders and the complete box, but it dose have that one small dent on the right side of the box, and one very small ding on the left front fender next to the center trim, in front of the door. (hard to see in the pictures) The custom paint is older showing it's age. (good for a driver) Inside the cab on the drivers side floor, it dose have a rust out aria along the front of the rocker / door seal from the inside out. (again please look at the pictures closely) The rest of the cab is nice, doors do not sag and shut tight. (good body) The under side of the truck is with out rust and looks very good. The dash pad dose have some sun cracks but the dash has not been cut up for bigger radio also the door panels do show some age. The original seat has been replaced and the carpeting is bad. All glass is very nice. (no chips or cracks) Side windows roll up and down as they should and the windshield has been replaced, not long ago. It also has a nice slider rear window. The truck has disk brakes up front and all brakes work very well. It also has power steering with a tight front end and it drives very good. The 350 chevy engine has a Edelbrock aluminum intake and new 1406 Edelbrock carb that has just been installed. (starts easy and runs strong) The 350 turbo transmission works as it should but needs the front seal replaced. (leaks) It is running 22' Wheels but the tires are bad. (need replaced) All lights on the outside of the truck work as they should but some of the dash lights do not. This is a good project truck or a good driver quality with good bones and these trucks are hard to fine in the short box.
