| The engine has a slight lope at idle, and is very tractable. The Tremec has a 0.50:1 6th gear overdrive, so the car turns about 1,850 rpm on the highway at 70 mph. No problem lugging from a low rpm. The Holley Terminator X self learning feature has been great. From the factory, the LS3 israted at 430 hp, and the cam and headers probably add about 75 hp, so it’s a fun 500 hp car for touring or autocross.
