| Looking to free up some cash for a new project I'm working on so I'm offering up a super solid 1953 Ford F-100 1/2 ton Short bed V8 Pickup Truck. This truck has been in the same family since when it was purchased brand new in Oklahoma City back in 1953. The truck has the original flathead V8 under the hood and it ran when it was parked in 1979. The truck overall has very little rust and has a killer patina look. The floors, cab corners, rockers, pillars, door bottoms, etc are all super solid. It has as a few small dings here and there, but overall for being 67 years old this truck is super straight and would make a great place to start on a full restoration or get it up and running and leave it as-is for a killer original patina truck. I do not know if the engine runs, I have not tried to turn it over. It is still hooked up to the original battery from the late 1970's. The nephew of the original owner, who drove it in the 70's through high school and college said it ran fine when he drove it and he parked it one winter and went out of town for a few weeks and when he got back the battery in the truck was dead and he had just purchased a new car at the time so the truck sat at his parents farm from that day up until when I got it out a few months ago.The tires are brand new wide white 6.00x16 wide white walls.
