Vehicle Description FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION we have for sale a shinny candy apple red 1966 Mustang coupe.HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK!GAS GAUGE WORKS! OIL AND TEMP GAUGES WORK!UNDER DASH LIGHT NOT WORKING!SPEEDOMETER WORKS!RADIO WORKS! WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK!HOW IS THE BODY? I see no structural problems on the underside, the frame rails look solid, drop downs good, spring mounts good, the floors have been replaced and a decent job was done.HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it driver quality! The shine is very good, I see no rust bubbles, I see no dents or big dings, I see touched up chips and some blemishes. Its not a $15,000 roll out of the trailer Show Queen. The pictures are like most others on ebay and look showroom perfect, its driver quality, looks good, but under close critical eye inspection you will find minor defects. The car is now 1966 Mustang candy apple red, it was born yellow, but lips and door jambs painted red.HOW IS THE INTERIOR? The black interior is fine, dash pad is not cracked, head liner real nice, carpet good, door panels good, seat covers do have some blemishes, steering wheel has some cracks if you look for them.HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a good running 200 cubic inch 6 cylinder. I hear no knocks or rattle, i see no blue smoke and see no bad oil leaks. It is very clean with chrome valve cover added. The carburetor has the old heat tube choke, you have to pump a little if car sets a long time. Choke could be set tighter, but it take a long time for it to warm up and come off. If your not a patient person and let it warm up, you can add a electric choke that works better.HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a C4 automatic that shifts good.HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? It drives good for a 1966 Mustang, not like todays cars.HOW DOES THE CAR STOP? Decent for a 1966 Mustang with 4 wheel drum brakes.HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers look good, door handles look new, window trim good with a couple of tiny dings.HOW IS THE GLASS? Side glass good and roll up and down good. Windshield not new, but good with no cracks or big wiper marks, back window used original.WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303.CONTACT Ron Watson for more details and a video by text. 423-506-8987 Vehicle Warranty CLASSIC CARS DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY, please come inspect the car before you buy.
