It drove fine the issue was it was restored with a 350 motor. The Chevelle SS is your favorite cars favorite car. Everyone wants a piece of the champ. This car used to get smoked by anything with a stick shift. The main person looking to race at a light is always minivan dad. The soccer dad in the minivan always cuts through traffic to catch up. Then at the light a new minivan would beat this car.. So I fixed that. I brought it to shop and we went to work. We took the body off and started to prepare this vehicle for more power than it ever had. We replaced the floor and had the frame boxed and put a beast motor and trans in (see the link). Wilwood disc brakes, UMI suspension, a 3 inch custom exhaust, headers and a 4 speed racing transmission. Now this Chevelle is a hunter.. I don't know about you, but in my neighborhood there are new Chargers zipping around all day. Mustangs, Corvettes, Hellcats all acting like own the road.. Well let me tell you, when you are out cruising to get your morning coffee and you see one at the light in this Chevelle. You are sitting there knowing they are sleeping on your 600 hp.. OMG please let minivan dad pull up. This Chevelle is a daily driver and built for the 50 yard dash.. There is no need to even race past 2nd gear because its over before you hit 45 mph. This car jump off the line since I put these Micky Thompsons on, no more churping or spinning tires. It's an awesome feeling when you see that new Mustang in your rear view as you blasted off to the speed limit. Then at the next light he doesn't want to look at you.. This car wipes smiles off faces. The only reason I am selling my favorite thing without legs, is because I am in a tough spot and need the money. I am looking for a solid offer.
