| About this vehicle This 1970 Chevrolet Corvette is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 5 years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller's Notes The car is listed locally & I reserve the right to end auction at anytime. Don’t even ask Vehicle Details 350 small block, auto trans, matching #s. Street, strip stall converter, Holly 650 Street Avenger Carb, Eddlebrock Intake, Comp can & lifter kit, MSD Distributor & wiring harnesses, Hooker Headers, Flowmaster X pipe, Flamimg River Rack & Pinion, All American Billet Serpentine Conversion, Dual Electric Fans, electric headlight & wiper door conversion. Factory correct carpet & seat cover replacements. With the exception of radio, all the rest of the interior is original & pretty dang nice for 50 years old. When I removed the old carpet, Dynomat was installed all throughout the car, then correct pad & carpet. BIG difference in reduction of road noise, as well as interior temp of car. New brakes all the way around, upgraded shocks & suspension, all bushings / steering & suspension components fresh & tight. It drives really nice. Drivers seat belt cover is cracked, however I do have a new, OEN correct one that will go with or be installed prior to sale. The wiper door motor is not functioning AND I think that’s causing it to ground & drain the battery. AND I JUST got the “wink” on passenger light / not flipping up. I THINK I can fix that prior to sale. It’s happened before & usually is a loose wire, bad connection. There’s one significant paint / rock chip on the hood. Other than that, the paint is nearly perfect. This car has a lot of sentimental value & I don’t want to sell it. I got to 97% totally restored & just don’t have the funds to complete it.
