| Helping sell this 1962 VW Ragtop Beetle. Part of the collection of the original Executive Director at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles California. Odometer shows 9647 miles and I believe this is pretty accurate. It has had some work/restoration done but Looks to have original paint. Door Jam has what looks to be the original bank loan sticker on it. A 1915 Turn Key engine was installed in 2014 at 9387 miles and per the odometer it has 260 miles on it after the install. Rebuilt and re-geared transmission done at time of engine install. Many other repairs and upgrades. See pics for condition. also pictures of repair receipts. This could easily be a daily driver with a good detail and standard mechanical run through for a car that hasn't been driven a ton . Video of car running and driving in picture link below. This collector is selling off some of his amazing collection. This was bought from the original owner and is a original low mileage VW rag top.
