CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
1969 CHARGER R/TA47 Special Edition440 Magnum4 Speed 3.54 Dana 60Triple GreenWe need to find a new owner for this ultra rare, 1 of 1 ever made, 1969 Dodge Charger. This car is midway through a Graveyard Carz Rotisserie Restoration. The Engine and Transmission are rebuilt and ready to dress out. All of the necessary sheet metal has been replaced according to the highest standards of the industry by ICAR certified technicians. The car has a completion date of June, 2021. The engine and transmission are NOT original to the car but are date coded, correct parts. Dana 60 is the correct year and BOM. Pictures of car in the body shop with Black Epoxy are current photos. Photos with Green Paint were prior to disassembly. The car had nearly perfect frame rails but the floors, wheel houses, quarters and rear body panel had spent their life sitting in trailer park in Eugene until I bought the car 20 years ago. We had the car chemically dipped to remove all rust, filler, etc. All inner structure-hidden panels have been treated with 3M rust proofing. All sheet metal, top to bottom has been epoxy coated with PPG DP90. This auction is to purchase the car and all of it's parts, including the rebuilt engine and transmission. It is not for the completion of the restoration. You can buy the car and take it home and finish it, or we can finish it for you. The cost to finish the restoration here at Graveyard Carz is $75,000.00. That will be in addition to whatever the winning bid is.In the world of 1969 Chargers, you can't get much more rare. This is the only XS29L9 Charger with optional A47 Special Edition and all of the options, known to exist. One a piece of incredible history. This car will be featured in future episodes of Graveyard Carz and comes with a letter of certification.Fender Tag:Bottom RowE86 440 Magnum D21 4 Speed Manual TransmissionXS29 1969 Charger R/TL9G 440 Magnum/1969/St. Louis 145514 Serial NumberSecond RowF5 Medium Green MetallicF5 Medium Green MetallicCRG Charger Leather Bucket Seats GreenF8 Upper Door Frame Color Green (All Green Interior)A14 SPD October 14, 1969115647 Shipping Order NumberThird RowA01 Light PackageA04 Basic Radio GroupA33 Track Pack 3.54 Dana 60A47 Special Edition PackageB51 Power BrakesC16 Center ConsoleFourth RowC55 Bucket SeatsG33 LH Outside Chrome Remote MirrorJ25 3-Speed WipersL31 Turn Signal IndicatorsM21 Drip Rail MoldingsM25 Body Sill Moldings (rocker)Fifth RowM31 Belt MoldingsR11 A/M RadioV1F Vinyl Top GreenV8X Bumble Bee Stripe Black26 26" Max Cooling RadiatorEND End Of Sales CodesSo, as you can tell by the original fender tag, this is a very rare car, indeed. While I recognize this fact and appreciate it's uniqueness, I know Green is not for everyone. I would be willing to discuss changing the color combinations if you win the auction and wish to have us finish the restoration.Clean Oregon Title in my name. Good Luck Bidding.
