| This is a project of sorts,, its a fiberglass body and comes with a bill of sale,, no title for the 27 highboy, as with many that you buy, you have to go thru the process in your particular state to license or register it once it is 100 percent completed,, I will be happy to give you a bill of sale for the car and even have my signature notarized .Its got what appears to be a fresh rebuilt small block, gm turbo automatic, 9 inch ford, new buckets from speedway motors, and lots and lots of chrome and nice windshield and not perfect but very decent paint.the tires are older and the brakes are dual circuit and work greatThe radiator leaks a little and a new one is 199 here on ebay for aluminum for the 32 grill shellThis is a project but it runs and drives.
