This car was just purchased from it's long term owner from the dry state of Idaho and features the desirable early metal dashboard and beautiful chrome wire wheels. Body and paintwork on this car is way above average for a typical MGB. The paintwork was a professional job and is very handsome with only a few small chips from use. It was a quality job throughout, most likely down to the bare metal. Panel fit is very nice. Chromework is clean and bright with a mixture of new and very good original items.The car's interior trim was also completely renewed with some attractive custom wood touches. Restoration work includes reupholstered seats in quality vinyl, matching panel kit, restored and detailed dashboard, new carpet kit, body and door rubber kit, newer black soft top fitted to the deluxe folding top frame, and a modern fitted radio. The wood steering wheel blends well with the custom wood armbars and radio console.Mechanically, the car is in fine fettle. The engine starts easily on the key with good oil pressure and no noises. It revs well and transmits power through a strong and crisp gearbox. Brakes, suspension, steering, and clutch all feel normal and up to the mark.
