PLEASE READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION. 1961 Impala Bubbletop 2 dr coupe, only 47548 miles. Same owner for many years. Car won many trophy’s at local car shows in prior years. Interior is good, exterior also good with a few small rust bubbles and a small repair area on drivers 1/4 where it meets rear valence and also near left outer tailamp. Chrome and moldings are very complete. Some undercarriage rust , nothing structural. Trunk has only light surface rust and with a good cleanup and trunk paint it would look new. Doors close very solid with no hinge play. All glass is good. Comes with custom dual exhaust and Corvette rally wheels installed. Fuel tank has been replaced. Currently it has a Chevy 350 engine that has an Edelbrock performer intake manifold with a Rochester four barrel Quadrajet carburetor. The engine does turn. The automatic transmission is a 700R4. Both engine and transmission are bolted in the car but are not fully hooked up. CAR DOES NOT CURRENTLY RUN. Will need brake work. The stock am radio is in the car. This was always a V-8 car.
