It has a Dana 44 in front and the big bearing 9 inch axle in the rear. Transfer case has been modified to a twin stick. Front tie rods, drag link and steering dampener have all been replaced. I have replaced the manual steering box with a power steering unit from a 77 bronco. Steering shaft will need new bushings in the column. Radius arm bushings have been replaced within the past few years. This vehicle does run and drive but needs a few things to make it street worthy such as the steering bushings which were worn out and the steering is a little sloppy and the battery is basically shot though I can jump it to get it running but it won't crank the motor without assistance of a jump. As far as body work goes I have straightened and primed the grill and doors. I bought replacement fenders that fit very well. I have bought but haven't yet installed all the welded on exterior pieces seen in the pictures such as lower quarters, door hinge posts, door latch posts, taillight pockets, rocker panels, inner fenders and kick panels. It will need at least the front floor plans from what I can see. The hood has rust on the front edge and has cracked but with some blasting and welding it may be repairable. The tailgate has some rust holes in the very bottom but it's in good shape and may be repaired or patched. It also has the factory spare tire carrier which is in good working condition. The hard top is in good shape as well having only a few dings in it. Images Exterior Interior Engine Created on the eBay Motors app |
