| Very clean and well taken care of 1979 scout traveler. This vehicle was owned for the last 15 years by an elderly gentleman who installed a newly rebuilt V392 motor. It has the original 727 auto transmission. He did some body work but that will need to be addressed and put on a new matching factory blue paint job. There is a small amount of rust over the wheel wells and by the front drivers floor. This is a very clean body with minimal rust.He also covered the seats with suede seat covers.Everything works as it should. The AC is the original R12 and will need to be updated.The spare tire and wheel are the original factory wheel.It drives excellent and runs very strong.The top has never been off and is in perfect condition.If you’re a scout lover, you’ll appreciate the time and love and energy that was put into this. It has been very well cared for and babied and always kept in the garage. | |
