Tim 360-936-9257. Please, no zero- or low-feedback offers without contacting me first; thank you. I would like to be able to speak with you in person before accepting any offer as high bidder, so please feel free to call. This is a special-ordered Econoline van, and is probably 1 of 1 made.Cool and super-rare 1967 Ford Econoline E141 90" wheelbase "Shorty" Heavy Duty half-ton panel van. Special-ordered in Seattle, WA with side doors on the right side only (custom order), and custom-order paint in Green (Highland, Dark Moss, or ?). The Heavy-Duty option included a reinforced frame, stronger rear axle, and 3/4-ton load capacity. This was all done on the factory 5-lug wheel half-ton chassis. Panel vans came without side doors, cargo vans had doors on both sides... plus, the cool green paint color was not a standard offering. All this on the short 90" wheel base. Can it get any cooler?Original driver & passenger bucket seats with new high-end professional black upholstery, new matching side panels, new matching headliner. New fitted black front automotive carpet, and new black padded vinyl rear door inserts. The cargo area features Dynamat insulation on the walls & doors, new paneling on the roof and sides, and new commercial-grade Berber carpet on the floor. The back is your open canvas for passenger use, camper conversion, or shelving for the coolest work van in town. I have a fold-out RV bench seat-to-bed frame that I'll include at no additional cost if you'd like it.Three-on-the-tree working manual transmission, working brakes, clutch, & steering, nice-running original 170 cubic inch Straight Six factory engine, more. Could benefit from minor mechanicals (shift linkage bushings, carb rebuild, new wear parts) before being your daily driver, although it is fully drivable as-is. Original steel wheels just painted to match, restored original hubcaps, repainted original bumpers & mirrors, great original trim, emblems, and more. The small details make this van special... look at the back-up lights, original "Econoline" horn button, etc. The rear bumper has a light-duty tow hitch to pull a small trailer, motorcycle, small boat, etc.Worn old Green paint with a touch-up here and there, and plenty of character. Just polished, if you like a survivor "Patina" look, it doesn't get much better than this... very straight and good-looking. Almost rust-free, maybe an occasional bubble and some minor surface rust... not at all a rusty vehicle, as many are... we don't salt our roads here. Windshield has a crack(s), rubber window gaskets, weatherstrip, etc. are original and worn. Clear title in hand. International buyers are welcome as long as you contact me first, and are able to pay promptly. Please be prepared to remit payment in full within 3 days of auction's end via deposit to my Bank of America account, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. While every effort is being made to describe the Ford as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 53-year-old classic and therefore being sold exactly as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Expect minor gremlins and small issues associated with a vintage vehicle of this age and era. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I will make the vehicle and myself available for loading on short notice, and can help coordinate a carrier if that helps you. Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. I reserve the right to end the auction early, as I have the car advertised locally as well. ~Tim 360-936-9257
