CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
This 1964 Chevy C10 pickup truck was bought new in Georgia, and it was a two-owner truck. I purchased the pickup from the second owner in Florida. The second owner tried to restore the truck with his grandson, but got in over his head, and sold me the truck. The body was removed, and everything was stripped off the truck. We sandblasted the frame and sent it out to be powder coated. The rear end was disassembled, and sand blasted, and power coated. New springs were put on the truck, and all4 corners were lowered 4 inches along with all new shocks. We replaced the ring and pinion with bearings, vacuum plates, brakes, springs, and brake drums. New U joints were put into the drive shaft. The front suspension is all new, and the power glide transmission was completely rebuilt. The motor is a 307 bored to30 over. We put new pistons, rods, bearings, cam bearings, freeze plugs, line bored, balanced blue printed, new valves, guides, springs, cam, timing chain was done by a professional race shop. The motor is very tight as the truck has not been driven much since the rebuilt. We kept the original exhaust manifolds, but we did install new exhaust. All new bumpers, grill, head lights marker lights trim rings, taillights, tail gates hinges and chains. New oak floor with chrome strips. rear quarters both new front panel in box and wheel wells both new. We installed stainless steel bolts on all the wheels. We did install one new rocker panel on driver side. Body has been sanded and has about 4 coats of primer. The truck has all new tires and wheels.
