| About this vehicle This 1946 Dodge 1/2 Ton WC is a restored vehicle. The owner has had it for 4 years. The vehicle runs great and is not regularly driven. Seller's Notes Any and all questions will be reponded to within 24 hours Vehicle Details Up for sale is a numbers matching 1946 Dodge 1/2 Ton WC Truck. My shop has been retained by the estate to provide help in selling the truck, provide an as is and finished market valuation of the truck and finally to give a breakdown on what is remaining to complete this project. This truck has gone through an extensive Body off restoration over the course of 2016 through 2019 by the original owner up at his shop outside Portland Oregon. Owner was a big equipment mechanic and shop owner himself and his attention to detail shows on this build. Body off restoration started w removal of cab/bed. Frame was sandblasted and powder coated. Original flathead 6 cyl completely rebuilt. Original transmission completely rebuilt. All new brake lines, shocks and mounting hardware installed. Clutch done. Carburetor rebuilt. New floor pans loose fitted in place welding needs completed. Original running boards included. New spare rim and tire included. Bed needs bolted down. All hardware included. 1/2 inch milled bed wood included in sale. Driveline ready to be installed. Misc wiring and battery is all that's needed to fire engine. New gas tank installed. Thousands of dollars spent by original owner, prior to his passing, to finish a very detailed extensive build on this truck. Please review pics of one of the material receipts contained in pictures. All of those pieces are included in sale. New trims. Wiring. Misc pieces brackets etc. Unfortunately he never was able to finish the project and passed away 2019. His sons towed the truck from Oregon down to South Orange County Ca with all of the uninstalled parts and pieces. The truck is for sale as it is with all parts and pieces included in sale. Truck will be shown where it is located at home of one owners sons in Capistrano Beach Ca. 48 hour notice will be required to view truck so that myself and owners can both be present. Any and all questions please ask. I have done a thorough review and inventory of the truck and parts available. There are many more pictures available. The sons have indicated engine was a complete rebuild along with transmission by an outside shop located near the shop of the owner. They have attempted to locate additional receipts or paperwork but have been unsuccessful. They make the statement regarding the rebuild of both the engine and transmission w 100 percent assurances it was completed by outside shop done to their fathers specifications.
