| This is a 1972 Chevrolet Corvette. It originally had a LS5 454 engine and TH400 automatic trans. 5th digit of the vin is "W". I bought the car the way it sits. Selling with no drivetrain. It sat many many years in dry storage and is very solid underneath. All electrical is present and I have tested the lights and power windows and they do work. Alternator is present under the hood. Driveshaft is still bolted to the rear axle. This car appears to have been heavily customized in the 1970's. I'm my opinion this would be a fairly easy restoration back to stock specs and stock appearing bodywork. A complete front clip for a 72 is available from Zips. Located in Princeton WI 54968. I have priced the car low to sell fast, I have accumulated too many winter projects. I would also be interested in tr ading for 2000's era Arca / K&N / race car roller / vintage Nascar / Winston Cup car chassis.
