This car has been in heated storage since October 2010. Sorry about the poor pictures but it is winter here and the car is stored in one of my commercial buildings. 1949 Chevrolet Fleetline coupe (fastback). Fresh 235 inline 6-cyl. Fenton split exhaust manifold with new full exhaust. Offenhauser aluminum dual carb intake. Both carbs rebuilt with chokes added for easy starting. Wayne polished and ribbed aluminum valve cover and side cover. 3 speed transmission on the column with newer clutch. Excellent newer paint with lots of pearl. Excellent new leather / cloth interior that looks great. New wiring harness (swapped to 12 volt). New brakes front / rear including wheel cylinders and hardware. New dual exhaust. Rebuilt suspension including bushings, tie rod ends, shocks, etc. New gas tank with fuel lines and sending unit. Just fully serviced including all fluids. Rare sun visor.Excellent tires on true wire spokes And more....The bottom of this car is as clean as the top. This car starts right up, drives, steers, and stops great. Heater, wipers, lights, turn signals, dome light, etc. all work. Rust free and super cool! Below is a link to a short video I took last month.
