| Up for sale is a 1978 Jeep CJ5 4x4 equipped with a 4.2 L factory three speed. I have owned this jeep for two and a half years I have every receipt showing all the upgrades and repairs. This Jeep has a Dana 44 front and Dana 60 rear axle swap. The motor has less than 5,000 miles on it as it was replaced prior to me owning the jeep. One of my favorite features of this jeep is the custom made 60/40 front beach seat out of a Jeepster. The front seat was custom made with brand new upholstery. The back seat was also done to match. This jeep was done right and no short cuts were taken. All of the floor pans and cross members were replaced and are brand new. The entire interior and undercarriage has been sprayed with black Raptor Liner. A 2.5 inch EZ ride Suspension lift with sx6000 shocks as well as a 1 inch body kit were installed to fit brand new 37x13.5 inch Toyo Open Country tires. In addition to the above upgrades the following have been completed recently and are all brand new. 17x9 steel matte black wheels Brand new leaf springs, shocks, axle spring pads, upper and lower ball joint, custom Tom Woods rear driveshafts, front and rear ring and pinion, 2.75 shackle hangars, wheel bearings, sway bar bushings, fuel hose, crown performance brake line kit, brakes, rotors, calipers, axle bearing front axle seal, wheel seal, axle u-joint, left and right tie rod ends, exhaust manifold, oem breather box, one ton steering as well as power steering, front and rear gears. I have the roll bar and soft top/doors that were removed for restoration. I also have new dash components such as knew knobs, indicator lights, dash screws and CJ5 logo that have not been installed and will come with the jeep. Over $19,000 invested in the last 2 years. This jeep is solid runs and drives great. The only thing I did not get to is a paint job. The bottom of the windshield frame has rust. Selling because I want a new pool.
