There were no Super Widebody cars built since 2017 and there are no plans to build any in 2020, because the custom made wheels are no longer available. **Super Widebody flares are VERY different than the flares on Classic Motor Carriage (CMC) or FiberFab cars look very closely!** This car is ready to be shipped to it's new owner, so this is your chance to jump on it and make it your car. If you are serious about owning this car I can do some customization for you if you act quickly. It comes with a classic Pewter exterior, but add the Baseball Glove Tan seats, dash and door panels along with the custom made Fuchs style wheels and you have a car that is simply stunning! It has a Nardi steering wheel and a crested horn button as well as all the other typical emblems, badges and crests that will give this car the iconic and timeless look that was originally envisioned for these cars some 60 years ago. If you're looking for fun and excitement and you like the idea of "the wind in your hair," but think a motorcycle is too dangerous or, you already have a motorcycle, but your significant other is tired of riding on the back and you want something that is just as exciting, but more comfortable and way more classy, then this car is for you! More fun and much more comfortable than a motorcycle, costs about the same as a Harley, you can't fall off of it and there is NO HELMET REQUIRED!!! This Speedster has only been driven 9,400 miles since it was built. This classic Speedster replica comes with a stunning Pewter paint job, which is in near flawless condition! The interior, top and side curtains are all in excellent, like new condition. The rare, custom made 17" Fuchs style wheels, 10" on the rear and 8" on the front, will carry you anywhere you want to go in style. This incredible Speedster is built on a 1968 VW pan, has a clean California title as a 1968 VW and is registered in California until October 2020. It is exempt from smog certification requirements in California and most other states. I can add all of the typical badges, crests and emblems. The luggage rack includes leather straps, a vintage suitcase with travel labels and vintage wooden cross-country skis and poles for the period correct finishing touches. When comparing this Speedster with Speedsters from other manufacturers, pay very close attention to the quality of the build. Check that the doors, hood and trunk all fit smoothly and are aligned properly, with no gaps. This car will also come with super cool, custom made, top down "Cruzin Windows" that almost nobody else has, because I make them myself! ("CruZin Windows" are also available separately on eBay) The engine is a big 1915cc Type 1 VW with dual Kadron carburetors and dual tip Tri Mill exhaust, mated to a 4 speed manual Freeway Flyer transmission.
