Where to begin— let’s start with the cars Vin, this is the 99th TR6 made for the 70 model year, it was sold and taken via British air ferries to the Netherlands where it started its life, eventually making its way through Maryland , Pennsylvania and then to Ohio. The car has had a very good life, the floor pans are perfect,the truck floor has had just a small little repair made. It to is original. All of the body panels are original, no rust. Put you magnet anywhere you like. Every single piece of rubber in the suspension is new. New ball joints , new tie rod ends, new universals , new shocks , springs ( has rear shock conversion that mounts to the original Armstrong bolt holes) , new brakes , new front caliper , rotors and new drums. New master cylinder , new brake booster , new clutch slave and master with stainless steel supply line.new clutch . Also has stainless steel oil pressure gauge line. Aluminum radiator, new water pump and plumbing. New heater core. Iam running Evans coolant so it runs 1/4 on the heat scale under most conditions. 90 degree day Andy it goes to 1/2 in traffic. Because it’s evans , there is no water in the system so you do not have any pressure or rust. Exceptional product for our British classics. New top, new dash pad, new carpet, new radio plinth cover. New door cards and hardware. Car has tonneau and boot, both in perfect shape. New windshield with new seal and new waste seals on doors and trunk seal. new tires with factory correct spare wheel. New trunk liner . Everything works, no electrical gremlins. The paint is “ok” . It’s shiny and looks good but could be improved on with a bit of buffing. I have many triumphs in my collection and have owned triumph cars for 30 years so if you have questions I can easily answer them . The car starts right up, the exhaust note is loud ( monza pipes) but sounds great. This is sweetheart of a car to drive, engine has about 65k since it was rebuilt by previous owner . I would not hesitate to drive this car to any destination drama free. It has a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. pay 2 k upon purchase with the remaining amount within 5 days , I can help arrange transport if necessary. Clean title is ready for transfer .
