| This is a great driver-quality custom pickup. Bright yellow paint stands out in a crowd and draws attention and positive comments wherever it goes. This truck was featured as a center-fold article in the local (Florida) "Old School Biker" magazine (a copy will be included with the sale). The paint is in great, but not perfect shape and has been well-maintained and garage-kept. Custom features include power brakes, with a complete new disk brake conversion up front and new drums (complete set of brakes from the backing plates to the drums and everything in between) out back. Front calipers are painted a matching yellow and the master cylinder was replaced with a new dual reservoir disk brake master cylinder when the front brakes were installed.Inside, the cab features a working A/C system (Sanden R134a), power windows (using a switch built into the original-style window cranks), custom bucket seats, an overhead console with "F100" embossed on it and a JVC receiver with Bluetooth installed in it. Speakers are installed overhead, in the kick panels and behind the seats for great sound while cruising, and a nice center console with dual cup holders sits between the seats. This F100 also features a Dakota Digital dash, custom tilt steering wheel and shifter as well as an alarm system for that extra security.Under the hood you'll find a Y-block Ford V-8 cooled with a shroud-enclosed electric fan and featuring a 4v Edelbrock carb, Mallory Unilite ignition, Accel Supercoil and Accel 8.8mm wires. Chrome valve covers and new ceramic coated headers provide a bit of extra shine. Dual exhausts with a crossover pipe and turndowns at the rear present a nice mellow sound without being too loud. Power goes to a solid and reliable FMX 3-speed automatic trans. This engine starts on time, every time for your cruising pleasure.The wheels are 18" 5-spoke Ridlers, with 225/50 front and 255/55 out back for a great hot-rod stance without an overly harsh ride. The bumpers have been removed and a custom rear valance is installed. LEDs power the tail and brake lights for additional safety, and a 3rd brake light is built into the license plate frame.It has a clean Florida title and is ready to go to a new happy home for a fair price.This truck is for sale locally as well and I reserve the right to end the auction if it sells locally.
