| 1969 TR6. I really love these early TR6s and wanted to restore it, but with 20 other cars I just don't have the time or space. The car appears mostly original except for the right front fender and has all the neat early TR6 stuff like folding headrests, magnetic gas cap, early steering wheel, wire wheels, dash ignition switch. The engine runs well and the car drives but the brakes do not work at all and the tires are very old and cracked. Gauges, electrical and charging system works, except for burnt out bulbs here and there. As seen in the photos, the car has rust. However, the frame is solid. The trunk is also solid with just a little rust near the front. The car will need floors, battery shelf and outer body panel rust repairs. However, I will include an extra set of nearly rust free fenders and doors from a '71 with the Buy-It-Now price. I installed an aftermarket fuel pump and clutch slave cylinder but still have the originals. The yellow optima battery shown in the photos is not included in the sale. The car is does not have overdrive.I am a hobbyist and do not rely on selling my items for income. I love the vintage car hobby and am happy to pass along cars I won't be able to complete to others that also enjoy the hobby.
