| I'm Selling my 1973 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible. This car has been in my family for over 25 years and I'm looking to modernize my collection. The car has been garage kept to the best of my knowledge the whole time we've owned the vehicle. The car drives straight as an arrow, It's blast driving with the top down. The car runs and drives excellent and I drive it very regularly. The car is a great candidate for a minor restoration or to be driven as is. The car just went through a major go over here is a list of thing that received attention:-New gas tank-New fuel sending unit-New fuel pump-Rebuilt Carburetor-New starter-New battery -New alternator-Replace engine push rodsThe car does need a few things addressed or left alone for just a cool fun summer driver. The power windows go up and down slow. The power locks do not work. The AC doesn't blow cold. There is a tear in the convertible top but the top it's self works great. There is a 2 inch by 2 inch hole in the trunk, as far as the frame and floor pans go the car is solid. On the passengers side from fender by the bumper there is a scuff about 3.5 inches long by 1 inch high. The front bumper fillers need to be replaced. The power radio antenna, clock and cruise control also don't work. The chrome on the car all over shows it's age, Nice but not perfect. Other then that the car is a "driver" a few chips in the paint here and there. I'm not offering the car as show car but as an honest car. The vehicle is not offered with any warranty what's so ever. Buyer is responsible for pick-up / shipping. Buyers are more then welcome to send an inspector out to look at the car at there own expense, although I'd be happy to drive the car with in a 10 mile radius of my house to a mechanics shop of your choosing also at your own expense. I'm hoping too sell an honest car and make sure it goes to a good home. I do reserve the right to end the auction at anytime if the car is under my reserve.
