| This truck is ready for final assembly. All parts are here including the engine and transmission. The engine was rebuilt by Cathcart. The truck is a 1 ton split window. It is a 2R14 which is not a common truck. This is a marvelous farm truck begging for restoration. Our family has owned many Studebaker trucks over the past 45-50 years and have enjoyed them all. This truck was owned by a friend of ours who was in the process of restoring it when he suffered a heart attack. A couple of years after his death his family decided to sell it to us due to our love for Studebaker trucks. It is nearly rust free and still has its' original factory green paint. This truck just needs to be put back together, which we do not have time for right now. We are offering it for far less than what we even purchased it for, we just want it to go through a good restoration and have a good home. | |
