Description Please read the entire description and view all photos before bidding.You are looking at a Vintage Survivor 1970 Barn Find Chevelle Malibu 350. It has been stored for much of it's life in an Illinois barn and has been unmolested. The bad news is that rust has taken it's toll as you can see and it will need a complete restoration. It retains the original color (Tuxedo black) with the black interior, and what we believe to be the original 350 2 bbl engine. Condition Report:This vehicle was stored for years in an Illinois barn and is in need of a complete restoration. The photos show the rust including the rust on the frame, as well as the quarters, etc. It is not for the faint of heart and will also need a full mechanical restoration. There is evidence of old mouse nests under the seat and we do not know the condition of the motor and would assume it will need to come apart. We do know it was driven into the barn so it did run when it was stored. It does not run and we did not want to turn it over until properly prepped. It also may be stuck from sitting. The good news is the originality. As you can see, the door panels, crack free unmolested dash and other interior components are nice, but does have seat rips and will need a new headliner. All the glass is great, and the windows work, as do the headlights, tail lights, wipers, etc. It does roll freely. Also note that the title VIN matches the tag and door sticker, and we also have the original owners manual and clear title. It is being sold as-is-as-shown without warranty or set aside. Additional auction information: This vehicle needs a full restoration or used for parts and is being sold as-is without warranty or set aside. It should be considered a major project. Any of these should be trailered to their destination until the vehicle is checked over for safety (tires, etc).
