| 1964.5 Ford Mustang V8 260 Engine - F Code 2BBL - Generator (Not Alternator) - 40,xxx on the clock - mechanic says it could be original - matching numbers on motor 100% - matching numbers on body fenders - Has the GEN light indicator on dash as opposed to ALT light to indicate a true 64.5 ... Just did the distributor, plugs, wires and tune up 2 weeks ago. System has historic plates, valid registration and fresh inspection ! I would say the paint was done in last 12 years approximately Minor imperfections like rock chip and very small ding 1 small area of rust that you can only notice from 1 ft away The car is not show quality but in great shape for an almost 56 year old vehicle I have videos as of last week showing any imperfections or minor chips that you can not generally see 6 feet away. I get compliments every single time I take this car out on weekends. I can’t recall when someone did not approach me when I did take it out. The turn signal indicators don’t flash on the dash but do work It also has the original radio which I believe is disconnected from fuse I did not want to remove any original parts !! Just had radiator flush with thermostat done 11/2/19Need to sell as I’m in contract for a Sportfisher Vessel! I am selling this locally and through other networks !I reserve the right to cancel or end auction early due to car being sold locally. Because of all of the mustang enthusiasts out there that claim that they know everything I am leaving the description very limited I still drive the car on weekends so mileage increases ! | |
