CAR DESCRIPTION FROM SELLER
Selling my super rare 1959 F-350 factory 4x4, first year Ford offered a 4x4 option. Without a lift it'll clear 38's as in the first shots. 20in wheels and new 38 in Toyo's are also available, but are not included in the purchase price. Comes with stock steels and 36 in military tires with plenty of tread. Dana 44 and Dana 60 with 4.10's. Factory 292 Y block with long tube headers, custom dual exhaust, glass packs with chrome tips for the classic 50's Road Rumbler sound. Not loud. Just mellow goodness. Cruises at 65 all day. Factory 4 speed and Dana transfercase. Manual steering and brakes. All gauges work and are newer units. Custom stereo with USB and a speaker box under the seat. This was an older restoration with normal wear and tear from Florida. Nice solid body with Por 15 on the underside and chassis. Nice solid underpinnings. All steel. No fiberglass. Bed floor is solid and not beat up. Body is solid with 2 rust bubbles. One on the driver door, and the other, on the passenger front fender. Took pic's of both and the passenger one didn't photograph. It's not a show vehicle, but at 10 feet it damn near could be. Won't take much to get her Show ready if your into that, or enjoy it now and get hounded every time you go to In & Out. I love this truck, but she needs to go to a good home. Other than new front wheel cylinders just regular maintenance. She sat for months and cranks every time with out pumping the gas. The old guys knew how to engineer a truck. It's like a tractor that you can drive on the road. I love nostalgic engineering. This truck will make you see it to. I own many classic Ford trucks but this one always drew the attention first. I know the rarity and value of these so I'm reasonable but I'm not giving it away. Fully restored versions of this truck sold at Barret Jackson for over 40k. Comes with 4 season California Car Cover and some chrome pieces I never got around to put on. Because I've been asked by many. The truck is 83 inches tall or 6'11. So no, it will not fit into a conventional garage. I store it in my carriage garage. Contact me for any serious questions.
